Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, and we offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases. As all works are produced to order please allow approx 3 weeks delivery for prints and 4-6 weeks for other products.
How will my photograph be shipped?
Print orders will be rolled in protective material and places in a cardboard cylinder.
Framed prints are shipped using our certified shipping partners in custom made protective packaging.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We are confident of the the quality of our work and offer a money back guarantee. We understand that purchasing art online can be scary and we hope this gives you some piece of mind.
You have 7 days after receipt to change your mind and it is your responsibility to ship the photograph back to us in and to make sure it arrives safely.
All items must be returned in original, undamaged condition. We recommend shipping via courier with insurance.
What if my photo is damaged in transit?
Please check your order in the presence of the delivery person.
if there is any damage you should refuse receipt and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. In the event you notice damage after receipt of your order please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods and retain the packaging for use in the event of a return.
Can I cancel my order?
To ensure the fastest turnaround possible your order starts getting made soon after it is received. Unfortunately once production has started it is not possible to cancel. in the event of a change of heart please contact us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do to help.
